Shipping & Returns

At Melissa Nordics, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free and enjoyable. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily initiate a return.

To start a return, please send an email to melissa@valdagency.com with the following details:

• Your Order Number
• The reason for your return

Once we receive your email, our team will process your request and provide you with a return label for your convenience.

Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the box in which you received your item(s). Items should be returned unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. 

Return Shipping Cost

While we provide a return label for your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This means the return shipping cost is covered upfront by us, and you only pay for it by having the amount deducted from your refund.
