Shipping & Returns

Items purchased from Melissa Nordics may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arranging the return shipment. Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected and refunded. You will be notified via email whether the return has been accepted or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
